Jim Mitchell has a 30 year track record of motivating, instructing, public speaking, curriculum development, developing workshops, encouraging groups and individuals.

Jim’s specialty is looking at things creatively, busting out the walls of the box that binds our thinking. He is an expert at reframing thought. He enjoys bringing people to that “AHA” moment.

Jim has served as a senior pastor and youth pastor for many years, having counseled countless people along the way, giving him a unique perspective on the human condition and the psychology of dealing with people and their needs. Jim hosted his own radio program for nine years and even spent a year doing editorial cartooning. He served as the Executive Director of the Main Street Program in the City of Vallejo, CA. He also worked as the Public Relations Director for Touro University before branching out on his own.

Jim has long been an active member of the local landscape. He currently sits on the board of the Vallejo Convention & Visitor’s Bureau and Leadership Vallejo. He served on the boards of Vallejo Chamber of Commerce, the Filippino/American Chamber of Commerce for Solano County and Northgate Christian Fellowship where he is an active member and leads a weekly men’s breakfast study.
